I think this is so funny...it is crazy how their little minds work.
Nikki rang our doorbell on Wednesday, and brought M&M's, Go Fishing, balloons, and a note.

We named ours Elfis.
Ours is named Charlie. No confusion on the name, tons of confusion on the gender. Cole thinks Charlie is a girl, while Anna knows he's a boy.
The only name that comes out of Ginger's mouth these days is "JoJo" (short for Josephine-her bff at school), so I'm pretty sure that's what our elf will be named.
Maggie named ours Fred Mebed Howard. In case you're wondering, no, Mebed isn't a real name. She just liked that it rhymed with Fred and she made it up! :)
We just started the Elf on the Shelf tradition this year & my (almost) 4 year old daughter named our elf "Candle". I am going to blog about it later this week!
Theodore Thanksgiving, because he came on thanksgiving. And I like the name Theodore!
My husband's stepmom's 3 year old school class named theirs Chuckles.
