GOBBLE GOBBLE GOBBLE....

I hope you all had a fantastic Thanksgiving holiday weekend. We certainly did...Too bad vacations have to end...We were heading home Saturday and met with tons of rain,freezing cold weather and rain that was part sleet...It has yet to stop!! And they are calling for possible snow tomorrow night!??!! Yuck. I am already over winter and it isn't even here yet...I am so thankful for 4 seasons!! Anyways, here are some pictures of our weekend in Mississippi...

Griffin and Paisley love playing in my mama and daddy's bathtub! That is always the highlight of the trip, along with staying in a hotel. Paisley thinks that a hotel is just the ultimate. Jumping on the bed, staying up late, free breakfast with unlimited cinnamon rolls and 4 different kinds of cereals? She is in Heaven.

My mama and daddy's new kitchen is so nice. It makes me wanna cook. And that is not normal..

I love the exposed brick in their house. My mama should give up nursing and law and start building and designing homes. She is very talented!

My aunt and uncle are also building a house and it is nearly complete. I forgot my camera but I promise some pictures after Christmas!

My daddy and 3 of the grand babies! Isabella (3), Paisley (4), and Griffin (19 Months)...My daddy likes to ride them on the mower or 4 wheeler. They love it!!

Griffin was in Heaven. He ate enough sweet potato pie to kill him!! He also really liked broccoli casserole and corn pudding. I love my little muffin!!

Even Stephen lays off the diet on Thanksgiving! He is so disciplined 363 days a year!! Thanksgiving and Christmas and he caves!!

My sweet and beautiful sister....I love her so much. She is a great role model...

My mama's cousin Janet came over and brought cupcakes and icing and the kids made hamburger cupcakes and we attempted turkey Oreo's. They were harder than they looked!! Thanks Janet! You were so kind to do this. We all had so much fun!!

PUMPKIN PATCH WALDEN FARMS!

I am so behind on posts, but I definitely wanted to show some love to Walden Farms. This is the greatest pumpkin patch in Middle Tennessee! It is so cute and the Walden Family are devout Christians and upstanding citizens. Sweet Grace Hamilton (our friend with leukemia) loves the pumpkin patch! She wanted to go very badly, but due to her counts being so low, she could not be around other children. SO guess what? Walden Farms let her come early and they were able to ride everything and see all the animals!! So very nice! Paisley and Grace had too much fun!

A few weeks later, we met Grammy and Pappy for another day at the farm!


You can buy a punch card for $10.oo and that pays for all your rides and games. It is so cute! Definitely check them out next year!

HALLOWEEN BUNCO!

I know, I know. Halloween was weeks ago. I am so behind on virtually everything. Better late than never, right???

I hosted a 2nd Annual Girls Bunco Night on Thursday, October 27th. 16 girls came and some serious dice rolling occurred!! We all brought a heavy appetizer and a bottle of wine, and also $10.00 for the pot! The winner took $50.00, best costume took $50.00, Most Bunco's took $50.00, and the loser took back home their $10.00.....Very fun!

My BFF Lacey had an ah-maz-ing costume that she MADE. Yes, that's right!

She went as a Raven...It was so beautiful and fun!

I also loved loved loved Amy's outfit as Carmen Miranda. She looked so cute!! She also made her costume, too. Precious!!

Door Prizes....SO FUN!

I loved this glitter cauldron. I purchased at Cracker Barrel. The Frankenstein bags are notecards from the 1$ bin at Wal-Mart, and then glued to plain brown bags from the craft store.

My favorite thing I made were these Spooky Sundaes. I made BBQ Brisket, topped with mashed potatoes, sprinkled with cheddar cheese, and topped with a tomato. SO cute!

I also loved these Nutter Butter "ghosts" cookies....SO fun! The cookies were dipped in white chocolate, and then I used cake pop eyes purchased from Joann's. Super easy!!

And who says Mommies can't have fun? I LOVED these!!
















The best costume was a tie and went to The Black Swan and The Raven....

We had such a great time! Call your friends and host a bunco party!
