New Years Resolutions:
Only One:1) lose weight. I currently weigh ENTIRELY too much for my height. I have to lose 45 pounds to be at my goal. There wil be nothing fun about achieving this. But I am not buying ANY new clothes until I'm down 30 pounds. So I will get there. My first weigh in at WW today was a good one. I am down 6.2. I know I will not lose that much every week, but I'm thinking positively!!Any good weight loss tips are greatly appreciated!! I am doing Weight Watchers because it is so easy! I'm doing the points plus system, and I'm excited about it. It basically let's you eat all the fruits and non starchy vegetables you want for 0 points!! I am also working out 4 times a week, with 40 minutes of cardio daily and a Zumba class on Sundays. Stay tuned for some updates...
XOXO-

this is one tip that i think has helped me tremendously. i lost approx 40-50 by exercise only. i truly think that is the key to revving up my metabolism. once i hit a certain plateau because i was still exercising alot and eating alot, i decided to start watching my portions but i didn't get too rigid because i was setting myself up for failure. basically, what i'm trying to say is i think exercise plays a KEY role in weight loss. KEY. i used to think it was mostly diet (and alot of it is), but when i incorporated exercise, the lb's just fell off. get your sweat on KJ! keep us POSTED! :)
Doesn't JHud look AMAY-ZING?!!? Good luck!
When I started losing weight, I chewed A LOT of gum. Also, when I would eat breakfast, I would walk around the house while I ate. I didn't sit at the table because I was the only one up that early! And when I did laundry or dishes or anything where I could move, I would do squats or lunges while doing it. Not lots of fun but it worked. Now I need to get back into the swing of things!
And...I think you are beautiful. Good luck reaching your goal!
I lost 65 lbs last year (from January to July, actually) and went from a 16/18 to a 2/4! You got this, girl! :)
I completely agree with the first poster! When it comes to exercise, though, you'll be most successful if you find an activity/sport that you love. Working out to lose weight will get the weight off, but doing an activity/sport that EXCITES you and that you can look forward to will keep it off! Find your niche, girl!
My philosophy on food is a.) eat "clean", no process junk, frozen meals, and fresh fruit/veggies/meats/organic whenever possible, b.) most restaurants don't have a single healthy item on their menus, no matter how they market it, c.) you'll eat something you weren't supposed to, and it may even make the scale go back up, but that's okay. Two steps forward, one step back! Oh, and Cooking Light magazine (and their website) has THE BEST healthy recipes!
And I definitely agree with Anna, you are beautiful and stunning!

I am on WW pointsplus too. My goal is 30 lbs. I wore "too tight" jeans for NYE and they totally cut my gut. No lie. I have the cut to prove it. Anyway,i love that website.. and i love water.. fruits... and veggies. I do love flat outs.(bread) you can get them at walmart.
You can do it KJ! I lost 15 pounds this past year. 80 percent of the battle it making your mind up to do it and actually sticking with it. One tip of mine: I had a hard time of snacking after I ate dinner, so I would brush my teeth immediately after eating. Who wants to eat anything with that toothpaste taste in your mouth? Gross! You can do it. Stick with it and you'll be fit in no time.
you go KJ!!! i am so proud of you!!! you got this sister!!!! can't wait to hear your success story!!! (even tho i gotta say, i still think you're pretty d@mn hot as you are.) :)
