Parting Is, Like, SUCH Sweet Sorrow...

Last night we celebrated our dear friends Josh and Kelly. It was so fun and so sad all at the same time. When I first moved to Nashville, I really knew no one. My husband, Stephen, sold books for the Southwestern corporation, and so many of his friends were book people. One of the first girls I met was Kelly. She was so sweet and I knew I loved her right away. She invited me to girls night and I met my Nashville group of friends. I truly don't think I would have made it if it were not for these girls! I love them all very much!!

Anyways, Josh has been accepted to the prestigious George Mason Law School, so they will be moving to Alexandria, Virginia for the next 3 years. I have a hard time typing that. 3 YEARS!! I am still crying on the inside. They PROMISED us last night that they will be back.

SO in our typical party form, we threw a little get together at The Rotheby on West End. We had Jim and Nicks cater, since they have the best BBQ in town. Homestyle Bakery in Antioch made this precious cake!!

All of our friends and Kelly's sisters were there, too.
