I am SUCH a sucker for a chocolate chip cookie. And this is SO easy. You basically pour all the ingredients into a pie crust. My kind of cooking. HA! I also LOVE this with BlueBell Homeade Vanilla Ice Cream. YUMM-O!
TOLL HOUSE CHOCOLATE CHIP PIE
2 eggs
2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 c. butter, melted and cooled to room temperature
1 c. (6 oz. pkg.) Nestle Toll House semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
In large bowl, beat eggs until foamy.
Add flour, sugar and brown sugar; beat until well blended.
Blend in melted butter.
Stir in Nestle Toll House semi-sweet chocolate morsels and walnuts.
Pour into pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
Serve warm with ice cream.
Your stomach will thank me. And just walk afterwards. HA!
XOXO-
