Saltine crackers
2 sticks butter
1 c. brown sugar
chocolate chips

Line cookie sheet with foil and cover with saltine crackers. Boil butter and brown sugar for 3 minutes until frothy. Pour over crackers.

Bake at 400°F for 5 minutes. It will bubble. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Let set 5 minutes. Spread chocolate with spatula. Refrigerate at least 1 hour; break into pieces.

You can also substitute with peanut butter chips or white chocolate.

This is so pretty in clear treat bags tied with ribbon.

I am in L.O.V.E with the womanizing Don Draper...How many of you watch Mad Men? And I also love the clothes. Mad Men is such Eye Candy.

I also am in love with this cute tree-hugging water bottle from Old Navy. A great stocking stuffer. Only $3!

I bought this sweater on our Chicago trip from H&M. I LOVE it! I usually wear mine with black leggings and brown riding boots.

I also bought this dress from H&M. It is fabulous and very flattering. I usually wear it with a blazer, black tights, and black closed toe round wedges. I pair with my signature Louie.

This is a new skirt from H&M. LOVE. How cute is this for winter with a black tank and long boyfriend cardigan. Maybe in hot pink or cobalt blue? I LOVE a pop of color in dead winter. SO refreshing.

I am crazy about this fun vest from Forever 32. I mean 21. HA! This would be easy to wear with black skinny pants and a black or tan thin sweater and a super sleek pony tail and ankle boots.

I also am digging these pillows for my theatre room from West Elm. This is the last room in my house that I need to work on decorating. I am having a hard time finding what I want.

I also LOVE this cuff. And I am not sure where I found it.....sorry :)

Tribal prints are going to be HUGE for spring.

This dress is so cute and looks super comfy.
From Forever 21 (If you live in or around Nashville, we are getting a HUGE Forever21. I am SOOOO super pumped!)

Also from Forever 21.....Love this cute quilted bag. Great for work....

These pumps are fantastic and featured on Oprah.
Under $30 from Forever 21....

Switching gears, I am crazy about these placemats from Pier One....

And these accent plates. How cute would these be for girls night, Valentines, or just something different? Also from Pier One...

I love these stackable bead bracelets from Juicy Couture. Juicy is having a HUGE sale right now. 30% off of everything. And free shipping. You are WELCOME :)

These next 3 are from Old Navy. I love a sequined cardigan, some comfy winter lounge pants (a great stocking stuffer),

And how cute is this Baby and Johnny tee?! Old Navy. SO cute with a pair of leggings or skinny jeans and some flats? And a cute scarf? Love.

Love this tank for spring or summer with a white A-line skirt. Or even spring with skinny jeans.

This is a great print dress from H&M....

And for work and cocktail dresses, I LOVE Nordstroms, Macy's, and Belk.
They always have the best dresses.

I LOVE this Tory Burch sequined dress. Great to wear for a date
(Maybe Virago and the Grand Ole Opry?)

And how sweet is this bag?! My favorite. Tory Burch Ombre Bag.

I REALLY hope these are under the Christmas tree....

Tory Burch Wedge in Leopard...

And these dresses are SO fabulous. Already looking for something cute for New Years Eve....I don't have plans yet, but I am definitely finding an outfit. HA!

All from Nordstroms....

What are you girls liking?

I am still alive...just barely...but I am here....

Obviously a man at our company decided to have a 5 day work meeting during Christmas. In Orlando. SO as you can tell, I am wayyyy behind on Christmas shopping and blogging and calls and samples. Craziness.

Here are some pictures from our National Sales Meeting.....

This is Mark S. He is our VP of Sales. And my BIG boss. And he is VERY large. As in, looks-like-a-mobster-and-kick-yo-tail BIG! He is super nice and one of the reasons I have stayed for 6 years. The girls are Nicole (blonde) and Amy G (brunette)...

2010 President's Club is in Ireland this year. It is a big secret and they usually reveal it on the night of the Awards Dinner. Winning President's Club once or twice in your career is a HUGE accomplishment. You win money, a watch, a trip that is at least 10,000 or more, and many other things. My new manager has won 10 times!!! She is amazing!!

They had an entire Irish theme, with food, music, and Irish dancers. It was very nice.
And no, I am not going. BOO. But I had a baby this that is WAY better than Ireland..

This is a picture of our dessert. This entire thing was cheesecake and it was ALL edible.
This year, they told us in advance where President's Club is...EGYPT!!!
I REALLY want to go! Hopefully, I will make it!

Ellen and Kelly...

My two BFF's.....Shannon and Amy G.

And these folks are some of my very best friends... I love them all very much. I am honored to work with them. We usually only see one another once or twice a year, so we spend as much time as possible at these meetings together. I seriously talk on the phone to Shannon at least 3 times a day, maybe more. HA!

Such a fun week but I am crazy trying to finish Christmas stuff. And it is 12 degrees here today. INSANE for Nashville!!

Love you all,

1½ pounds brussels sprouts, halved (stem and ragged outer leaves removed)*
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, divided
¾ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon honey

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. In a large bowl, toss brussels sprouts with 2 tablespoons olive oil, kosher salt and pepper. Transfer the brussels sprouts to baking sheet and roast, stirring occasionally to ensure even browning, until tender and caramelized, about 20 minutes.

3. Place brussels sprouts back in bowl. Add remaining tablespoon olive oil, balsamic vinegar and honey and toss to coat evenly. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, then serve.

*If you have some brussels sprouts that are very large, cut them into quarters. They should all be cut about the same size to ensure even cooking.

And I paid $25.00 for it, what a bargain!!

They are growing up and it makes me sad :(

I love this face!
