I am so READY FOR/INTO/LOVING/EATING....

I LOOOOVE summer, but I am looking forward to fall. Mainly because everything is SO FUN with a three year old! We have great pumpkin patches in Tennessee, and I love going home to Mississippi to the Canton Flea Market, and the State Fair!! ANd who could forget College Football?! The only REAL SPORT :) I kid, I kid. I am also excited about seeing my man
Chris Johnson. I also love decorating for fall, and trick or treating, and the turning of the leaves, and being able to take enjoyable walks when it is 70 degrees outside.
How cute is this pumpkin? I love the Potato head kits and dressing them up. SO CUTE!!

And what about Chuck Bass cheating on me with these girls?! SO ready for the return of Gossip Girl. PLEEEZE Netflix Seasons 1 and 2 if you don't watch this show!! It is SOOOO good!!

Stephen purchased these expandable colanders this week! Love them!
I bought this book shelf for Paisley's room. Mainly to organize stuffed animals, books, and Polly Pockets.

A TON OF TUESDAY!

This is just a random post of all the things going thru my crazy head!

-Today I took cupcakes to a few different offices. I went to this place called Muddy's in Memphis. It is located off of Sanderlin for you local folks. These cupcakes were ridiculous. The chocolate on chocolate are called Prozac. How appropriate. I went to the counter and tried to order 4 dozen. They told me the limit was 36. WHAT?! I am in the wrong business. There were probably 15 people behind me ordering, too.

-I am having a hard time giving up all carbs. I do really well with some things, but when it comes to macaroni or garlic bread, mmmmm not-so-much.

-I went to Target this aftenoon and noticed a poster for Lauren Weisberger's new novel. She is SUCH a great writer. I can't wait for this one.

-My cousin's (the cousin who got married in June-you all remember the 5,000 pictures I posted-ha!) father-in-law, Lonnie Bailey, filmed scenes as an extra in "The Help" this week in Greenwood, Mississippi. He played a postal clerk. How fun is that? I love to hear that they cast all the locals. If you haven't red The Help by Kathryn Stockett, you should pick it up. It is a great read.

-I told y'all this post was random. Don't you LOVE Barbara Jean on Reba? She cracks me up! I think this is a really funny show! I also love The Cosby Show and Everybody Loves Raymond. Why aren't sitcoms funny anymore? I love the re-runs. But NOTHING tops my Golden Girls!

-Speaking of TV, I watched The Bachelorette Tell All last night. I am pulling for Chris. He is HAWT and would make a great husband! I also like Roberto. She has two great choices!!! However, I think the proposals are ridiculous. That takes the cheese to a whole new level!

-Another show I LOVE is Jersey Couture! Hilarious! Do the Booty Bop Bop BOP!!!

-How cute is this backpack? I found it at BabyGap ....Paisley is just like her mama. She likes the glitter, too.

-And last, I found this cute dress at JC Pennys. It is perfect for summer.

Love you all and hope you are having a great Tuesday!

You girls (and guys) are the greatest.....I had about 12 people call me today to make sure I knew about the Nap Nanny being recalled. The main concern is that the Nap Nanny needs to be kept on the floor. Anyway, search google and you will see the recall.

I am about to embrace on the Disney planning for October. Griffin is going to stay here with his Grammy and Pappy, so it will just be me, Stephen, and the princess. Trying to figure out what resort makes me want to break out in hives. Planning for Disney is very overwhelming. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! We are just going for three nights, so not very long. But still! LOTS and LOTS to decide on!!
Hope you all had a great weekend!!

COME ON BARBIE...LET'S GO PARTY...

Monday, I celebrated my 30th Birthday!! Wowzers. I am so old! I am trying to embrace it! HAHA! Anyways, my best girlfriends planned a spectacular soiree in my honor, complete with a Barbie theme.
We started with manis and pedis at the Venetian Nail Salon in Nashville. This is definitely my mothership. HA! We had such a good time getting excited about our upcoming night of festivities! Afterwards, we had a caravan to the downtown Nashville Hilton for a night of FUN!
Here are my besties before all the primping....
Becky and Brooke getting all dolled up. We had about 12 straighteners and a complete MAC store between two suites and 10 girls. HA!

Becky and Brooke

All my smoking HAWT friends. Can you believe all except two of us have 2 children a piece? Who says mommies can't look GOOD?!

Next was on to Virago, a great sushi spot in dowtown off of Division. We had such a great time!
Check out my Barbie cake made out of strawberry cake and cream cheese icing. SO delicious. From Homestyle Bakery.

My friends Amy D, Alexis, and Joshua S. Joshua hooked us up for the night. He owns a great restaurant called The Standard. You should DEFINITELY check it out!

My BFF Amy HH and Brooke.

The Vietnamese Justin Timberlake and some boy who SWORE he was 23. He looks like he is 18. Or maybe I am just getting old. If he saw my strect marks on my stomach, he would have ran the other way! HA!

Late night dancing at MAI
Alexis, Kelly, Amy, and Erin.

We had such a FUN night and I love my sweet girlfriends. They truly are my Nashville family.
Thanks for an unforgettable 30th birthday!!
