RECIPE: Sweet Grilled Peaches with Blackberry Basil Butter

I LOVE peaches, especially when they are in season!
Happy eating!

Yield: Makes 3/4 cup butter
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup seedless blackberry preserves
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh basil
Garnish: fresh basil leaves
Stir together softened butter, blackberry preserves, and chopped fresh basil until blended. Garnish with fresh basil leaves. Serve with warm grilled peaches, or spread inside hot biscuits filled with thinly sliced pork tenderloin

This recipe looks so good! I had a lot of peaches I had to freeze a few weeks ago.

Ok, I tried this recipe last night! WOWZA!!! Yum - o :)
It was delish. Even my finace' liked it.
