TUESDAY TEN!!

-I am trying to rebuild my wardrobe. I feel my style is changing and I am trying hard to only buy what I truly love and can get the most miles out of.

-Way too many terrible addictive reality shows on TV!! Real Housewives of NYC and Jersey. If you feel bad about your own life, watch these shows. You will immediately feel better. Jill Zarin has turned into a nut. And Ramona and her crazy eyes make me laugh out loud!!

-I am in desperate need of a vacay to somewhere fruity and tropical. West Palm? Check. Cabo? Check. Puerto Vallerta? Check. Turks? Check. I need a fruity drink, my toes in the sand, time with my boyfriend, tennis, and a massage. PRONTO!

-I am not feeling birthday party planning, addressing announcements, going back to work in 4 weeks, or working out! YUCK TIMES 4!

-I am so excited that Harris Teeter (our local grocery store) is offering curbside pick-up for groceries!! I love it! You order and pay online, and they bring it to your car and load it!
A tired mother invented this.

- Lee on American Idol totally has it in the bag. He is my favorite.

-Foods I am loving these days:
Papaya, GenSoy Crisps in SeaSalt, Hummus, and this salad that my friend Lacey turned me on to.
Boil a box of whole wheat penne or rigatoni and drain
Mix arugula, tomatoes, garlic, avocado, white whine and balsamic
Toss salad with pasta
Sprinkle with goat cheese.
YUMMMMMMY!!

-Two new books that I am reading: The Carrie Diaries by Candice Bushnell and Simply Savannah by Paula Deen. Both are great!

-Also rented the movie Nine, great movie. The music was to die for.

-I am still sleep deprived and need to go to bed!! Marsha and Johnny took Griff for the night so I could rest and enjoy Paisley. We had a fun night of girl time!! We got our nails painted, went to Cool Springs (so sad For Love 21 closed), went to Baby Gap, New York & Company, and BuildABear. Also rode the carousel and ate dinner at the food court!! I miss my Griff but I know Grammy is spoiling him. Stephen is in DC at a Sleep Convention for truckers. I am sure it is interesting. Thank goodness he is home tomorrow.

Love to you all!!
XO KJ

So much to comment on where to begin!!! LOL. I am loving all the housewives and Jill has undergone a personality transplant! WTH! I need a vacation too, BAD. Turks sounds divine! See you there!

KJ- I have the perfect solution for your vacation needs! My husband and I are members of a wholesale travel club, like Sam's or Costco. We've been to Cabo and Turks & Caicos using it! It's an amazing deal because your membership includes everyone in your family! You, the hubby (or a friend if you want to do a girls trip!) and all of your kids for one price! When we went to Cabo last year, we went with our friends who are also members and they brought their 2 year old with them and only paid an additional $25 for him to stay with them at the 5-star all-inclusive resort! Seriously, $25 for Paisley and I think even free for Griffin because he's under 2 years old? You cannot get a better deal! Including airfare, they only paid $603 for the entire 5 day vacay!

If you are interested in seeing some of the trips that you can book, let me know and I'll send you the link!
